How to hide the Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down voting options on public FAQ pages

If you would prefer not to allow patrons to vote on whether an FAQ was helpful or not, you can hide the Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down voting options on your public FAQ pages using the following CSS code:

<style>
#s-la-vote {
    visibility: hidden;
}
</style>

If you would like to hide these options only in specific groups:

  1. Go to Admin > FAQ Groups.
  2. Edit the group
  3. Under the General tab, click on the Look & Feel panel.
  4. Paste the above code in the Custom JS/CSS text box.
  5. Save your changes.

Or, you can apply this to all groups at once (as long as they are configured to include your system-level Custom JS/CSS code):

  1. Go to Admin > System Settings.
  2. Click on the Look & Feel tab.
  3. Paste the above code in the Custom JS/CSS text box.
  4. Save your changes.
