To remove the owner of the ticket, click on the Unclaim button next to the owner's name when viewing the ticket. This will allow another user to view and claim the ticket instead.
- Regular-level users can only unclaim their own tickets. This is helpful if you ever claim a ticket by mistake and want to put it back up for grabs.
- If a regular-level user has been given admin access to a queue, they can unclaim any ticket in that queue.
- System-level admins can unclaim any ticket in any queue.
