Exporting ticket statistics

To export the currently filtered statistics report, go to Stats > Tickets > Export tab (or from Answers > Tickets > Export tab), then click the Export Statistics button. 

  1. Optionally, check the Strip HTML from export data checkbox to remove any HTML formatting from the export. 

This will generate and download a CSV containing only the data tables from your Date & Times, Source & Form Fields, and Answerer & Turnaround reports.
