View and manage your upcoming scheduled social media posts

When you create new posts, tweets, or pins, you can schedule them to be published on a future date and time. These scheduled posts will be queued up under the Upcoming Scheduled Posts tab, where you can modify or delete them up until their scheduled times.

To see your upcoming posts, click on Social in the LibAnswers navigation bar, then click the Upcoming Scheduled Posts tab.

Before you begin: if you've not yet connected a Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest account to your LibAnswers queue, please see the Links & Files section below for more info. Once you have that set up, you'll be able to manage the social media activity for those accounts via LibAnswers.

Who can view and manage upcoming scheduled posts?

  • Admin users: because Admins have admin access to every queue, they can view and manage any queue's upcoming scheduled posts.
  • Regular users: in order to view and manage a queue's upcoming scheduled posts, Regular users must have either Regular or Admin access to that queue.
    • If a user does not have access to a queue with a connected Facebook, Twitter, and/or Facebook account, they will not see any social feed content.
