24/7 Co-Op: View your institution's past QuestionPoint data

If your library migrated from QuestionPoint to LibAnswers as part of Springshare's acquisition of the QuestionPoint service, you have access within LibAnswers to your institution-level data from 2017-2020. This includes both your statistics, as well as your service history.

Admin users can access these reports by going to Admin > QuestionPoint Data.


Statistics

Under the Statistics tab, you can view and export statistics from a former QuestionPoint system, filtered by group member and year. To generate a report:

  1. Select the Group Member library to analyze. (These should align with your former QuestionPoint institution.)
  2. Select the Year you want to analyze. You can analyze data from 2017 through 2020.
  3. Click the View Report button.
    1. If you'd like to download the current report to a CSV file, click the Export Statistics button.

The following reports are available:

  • Profile service monthly report
    • Daily/monthly breakdown stats
  • Knowledge base monthly report
    • Daily/monthly breakdown stats
  • Ask service monthly report
    • Daily/monthly breakdown stats
    • Hourly breakdown stats - questions (total) received
    • Hourly breakdown stats - answers sent
    • Hourly breakdown stats - questions received via direct entry
    • Hourly breakdown stats - questions received via patron form
  • Chat service monthly report
    • Daily/monthly breakdown stats
    • Hourly breakdown stats - number (total) of chat sessions requested (incoming sessions)
    • Hourly breakdown stats - number (total) of chat sessions accepted (joined sessions)

Please note: times in hourly reports are listed in Eastern Standard Time (America/New_York).


Service History

The Service History tab allows you to view and export your site's QuestionPoint service history from 2017-2020.

The Service History tab

  1. Use the filters at the top of the page to customize your report parameters, then click the Search button.
    1. Matching questions will appear in a list. Click on a questions ID to view its entire history.
    2. Use the Export buttons to download the data in XML or HTML formats. Downloads include the metadata and chat history for each question.
