Adding keywords to an image in the Image manager

In this article

Adding keywords to your images can help you more easily find images when searching through your folders and libraries. This can be especially helpful when uploading images that don't have descriptive file names.

For example, if you have a folder called "Animals", which contains images of different dog breeds (e.g. corgi.jpg, dachsund.jpg, poodle.jpg, etc.). If you were to give all of those images a keyword of "dog", then you could more easily find them by searching for that keyword.

To add keywords to an image:

  1. Navigate to LibApps.
  2. Click on  Image Manager in the command bar.
  3. Click on the thumbnail of the image you want to edit.

Clicking on an image thumbnail

  1. In the Edit Image Properties window, enter your keyword into the Keywords field (separate multiple keywords by a space).
  2. Click the Save button.
