Spaces & Equipment: Notify specific email addresses when a patron cancels a booking

The Patron Cancellation Alert Email option allows you to select email address(es) to alert when a patron cancels a booking within the location.

  1. Go to Admin > Spaces & Equipment.

  1. Under the Locations tab, click on the location's edit () icon in the Action column.

  1. Under the General tab, in the Email Settings panel, enter the email addresses to be notified of bookings canceled by a patron for the location in the Patron Cancellation Alert Email field.
    • Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
    • The addresses you enter here will be notified for all equipment and space bookings that have been canceled by a patron in this location.
  2. Click the Save button at the bottom of the Email Settings panel.
