Integrations: How do I disable the Microsoft Teams integration in LibCal?

Disable the Microsoft Teams integration for all users & spaces

Admin users can completely disable the Microsoft Teams integration for all users. This will prevent users from setting up the integration with their Microsoft Teams accounts and scheduling future appointments with it. However, it will not cancel existing events or appointments that were previously scheduled.

  1. Go to Admin > Integrations.
  2. Click on the Online Appointments & Events tab.
  3. In the Microsoft Teams panel, set Enable Online Meetings with Microsoft Teams to Disabled.
  4. Click the Save Settings button.

Disable the Microsoft Teams integration for an individual user

A user can disable the Microsoft Teams integration at any time. This will prevent that user from scheduling future appointments or events with Teams. However, it will not cancel existing events or appointments that were previously scheduled.

  1. Log into LibCal and click on your email address in the navigation bar.
  2. Click on the Integrations tab.
  3. In the Microsoft Teams panel, click on the Remove Authorization button.
