Spaces & Equipment: Customize the inactive display message for public booking pages

The Inactive Display Message displays if a user visits the public booking page for a location or category whose spaces, seats, or items are all set to the "Inactive" status. This message will also display when viewing a location's public page that does not include any categories that are set to Public access.

To customize the message:

  1. Go to Admin > Spaces & Equipment.
  2. Click on the Settings tab.

  1. Scroll down to the Inactive Equipment/Spaces Display panel and enter the text you'd like to display in the Inactive Display Message text box.
    • You can include HTML tags for formatting. Ex: <strong>Bold text here!</strong>
  2. When finished, click the Save button.
