Analyzing peak occupancy of your spaces

The Occupancy Data reports provide essential data to help you to identify peak occupancy times across your space locations, zones, categories, spaces, and seats. These reports allow you to track occupancy at specific times of day, cross-referenced with days of the week.

You can use these numbers to help manage your social distancing policy and to quickly see how many spaces and seats are being used by your patrons and when they're being used the most.

Occupancy Data reports

Daily/Hourly Occupancy Distribution

The Daily/Hourly Occupancy Distribution report shows the total bookings or check ins for each hour of each day of the week. This allows you to see occupancy totals at different times of each day. For example, this could tell you which day of the week has the highest total bookings at 1 pm. A booking that runs across multiple hours will count towards the total for all the hours it is active in.

To toggle between totals for bookings and check ins, click on the Bookings / Check Ins links.
