Emails: View aggregated email campaign stats

In this article

The Aggregated Stats report allows you to visualize email campaign stats by Type, Category, and engagement -- giving you the ability to analyze the performance of a group of campaigns to help you plan your future campaigns and strategies.

The report also displays the top-performing campaigns of the group being analyzed allowing you to quickly see which campaigns have been most effective (measured by Open Rate). Additionally, you're provided with details of the most engaging (measured by Open Rate) distribution lists and individual LibConnect profiles that have received email campaigns.

To view the aggregated stats for your sent email campaigns:

  1. Log into LibConnect and go to Emails > Email Campaigns.
  2. Click on the Aggregated Stats link.

On the Campaign Stats page, you'll find the aggregated stats report broken into five sections:

  • Global stats
  • Campaigns performance by types
  • Campaigns performance by category
  • Most engaging lists
  • Most engaging profiles

Global stats

In the Global stats section, you'll find lifetime statistics, across all sent campaigns for:

  • Delivery Rate: the percentage rate for emails successfully delivered to recipients out of all recipients that were sent a campaign email. This also includes the total for emails delivered out of all emails sent.
  • Open Rate: the percentage rate for delivered emails there were opened by recipients. This includes the total number of unique opens (the total number of recipients that opened at least one email).
  • Click-to-open Rate: the percentage of the number of unique clicks made from unique opens.
    • This number indicates how effective the email message, design, and content performed, and whether it created enough interest in the recipient to take action.
  • Bounce Rate: the percentage rate for the number of emails that were undeliverable out of all recipients that were sent a campaign email. This also includes the total for emails that bounced.
  • Unsubscribe Rate: the percentage of recipients that opted to unsubscribe from future marketing emails out of all recipients that were delivered an email campaign. This also includes the total for recipients that unsubscribed from future marketing emails.
