Overview Statistics

Under the Overview Statistics tab, you'll find the following statistics:

  • Successful Deliveries: the total number of emails successfully delivered to recipients. This includes the percentage of emails delivered out of all emails sent.
  • Bounces: the total number of emails that were undeliverable. This includes the percentage of emails that bounced out of all emails sent.
  • Total Opens: the total number of sent emails that were opened by recipients. This includes the percentage of emails opened out of all emails sent.
  • Most Recent Open: the date and time of the most recently opened email.
  • Click Rate: if your email body contained links, this is the total number of unique link clicks (i.e. if a recipient clicked a link twice, it will only count as one unique click).
  • 48 Hour Performance: this chart plots the total number of opens each hour over the past 48-hour period. Hover over any data point in the chart to view it's value.

Deliveries

Under the Deliveries tab, you'll be able to search and browse a list of each successful delivery. For each email, you'll find:

  • The recipient's email address
  • The recipient's name, which you can click to view the recipient's person profile
  • The opened status of the email (Y indicates the email was opened, N indicates it was not)
  • The latest opened date of the email (i.e. when the recipient last viewed it), if applicable

Bounces

If an email was unable to be delivered to a recipient, it will appear under the Bounces tab. Here you'll be able to search and browse a list of each failed delivery, including:

  • The recipient's email address
  • The recipient's name, which you can click to view the recipient's person profile
  • The bounce reason, which is the message returned by the recipient's email server explaining why the email couldn't be delivered
    • Although these errors are sometimes caused by technical issues, they can give some insight on why delivery failed.
    • For example, if the email address is invalid, you could double-check the person's email address for typos or try to locate an alternative email address, then update their profile accordingly.

Link Clicks

If the body of your email contained links, you can analyze how many times each one was clicked under the Link Clicks tab. Here you'll find a list of every link in the body of your email, including:

  • The URL of the link
  • The total clicks the link received
  • The number of unique clicks the link received (i.e. if the same user clicks on a link more than once, it counts as 3 total clicks, but one 1 unique click)
