For any LibStaffer accounts that are syncing their scheduled shifts with Google Calendar or an Outlook/Exchange calendar, the Integration Status page allows Admins to view the current integration connection status of each account. This page will list every LibStaffer account, their current connection status to Outlook/Exchange and Google Calendar, and any errors for either sync (if there are any).
To view the current integration status for all accounts:
- Go to Admin > Accounts.
- Click on the Integration Status tab. From here you can:
- View the current status for an account's connection to Outlook/Exchange.
- View any Exchange Errors that may need to be resolved for an account.
- View the current status for an account's connection to Google Calendar.
- View any Google Errors that may need to be resolved for an account.
- Click the Edit Account () icon to go to the Calendar Sync tab of that account's settings to resolve any issues with their integrations.
