Adding a banner image to your LibStaffer system

Want to add some branding or personality to your LibStaffer site? Admins can upload a banner image to display at the top of every page. The banner image will link to the Institution URL from your system settings, so you can utilize this as a shortcut back to your library website, too.

Uploading a new banner

  1. Go to Admin > System Settings.
  2. Click on the Look & Feel tab.
  3. In the Top Banner settings, select Upload a new banner.
  4. Click on the Select File button once it appears and choose the image you want to use. We recommend images in PNG, JPG, or GIF formats with a width of at least 968px.
  5. Click the Save button.

Removing the banner image

If you no longer want to display an uploaded banner image:

  1. Go to Admin > System Settings.
  2. Click on the Look & Feel tab.
  3. In the Top Banner settings, select Do not display a banner.
  4. Click the Yes button to confirm.
