Look & Feel: Customize the default page header

In this article

Admin users can create a custom header that can display at the top of each form, survey, quiz, and tutorial. Although the system-level header is enabled by default, content owners have the option to hide the header and customize one of their own if desired.

  1. Go to Admin > System Settings.
  2. Under the Page Header tab, select the option you want to use.
    1. No header: no custom header will display.
    2. Use image: this allows you to display a banner image as your header. Select the Expand image to full page width if you want the image to display across the entire page (only choose this if you have a large enough image, otherwise it may look pixelated and stretched out).
    3. Display this HTML: this option allows you to create a page header using HTML code. If you need to include JavaScript or CSS code for your header, place it under the Custom JS/CSS tab instead.
  3. Click the Save button.
