Pickups: Analyze Pickup Manager statistics

Pickup Manager provides statistics for the completed (and scheduled) pickups allowing you to analyze the number of scheduled vs. picked up holds over time. 

Additionally, when the follow-up survey is in use for pickups, you will be able to view the report for the ratings that have been submitted by patrons. You can view a summary of the ratings provided by your patrons after each pickup, as well as an overall average rating.


Accessing and analyzing Pickup Manager statistics

Navigate to Pickup Manager by clicking on the blue Spring-To menu and selecting Pickup Manager from your list of sites.

To view the statistics for your pickups, click on Statistics from the command bar.

Filtering your statistics

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the results of the pickups that you want to analyze.

  1. Branch: use this field to filter to the pickups for a specific Branch. Select "All Selected" to include pickups from any branch.
  2. From and To: use these date fields to filter pickups by their scheduled pickup dates, using the From field to specify a start date and the To field to specify an end date.

The Statistics filters

Date/Time Report

The Date/Time Report allows you to analyze the number of scheduled vs. picked up holds over time. You can quickly view monthly, daily, and hourly reports that breakdown your scheduled and picked up holds. The specific reports available include:

  • Monthly Breakdown: view a month-by-month report of pickups that are scheduled or have been picked up.
  • Daily Distribution: view a day-by-day report of the day of the week that are scheduled or have been picked up.
  • Hourly Distribution: view an hour-by-hour report for the hour of the day for pickups that are scheduled or have been picked up.
  • Daily/Hourly Distribution Table: view hourly distributions for each day of the week in the time period selected for pickups that are scheduled or have been picked up.

Ratings Summary

When the follow-up survey is in use for pickups, the Ratings Summary will provide you witha a report for the ratings that have been submitted by patrons. You can view a summary of the ratings provided by your patrons after each pickup, as well as an overall average rating.
