  • When adding a new interaction, you'll find a few changes:
    • The Source field is no longer required.
    • You can now upload files using the new Attachments field.
    • The Related Profiles field makes it easier to select additional profiles that are associated with the Organizations or People in the Interaction With field.

Manage System Emails

  • In addition to editing and deleting an interaction listed on the Manage Unmatched System Emails page, you'll also be able to create a new profile to associate with it. When you associate a new or existing profile with the unmatched system email address, the interaction will automatically be removed from the list.
