If you're a regular level user and are locked out of your MFA or have questions about which MFA to use, please contact your local LibApps admin for best practices according to your local institution's policies.

If your system has LibApps Logins deactivated, it may take us longer to help. Please include as much detail as possible. If you are comfortable temporarily deactivating the forced SSO login, head to LibApps > Admin > LibAuth and set the rule to allow LibApps log-in, FAQ with instructions. Once we have finished helping you, you can reactivate the settings.
