Equipment: Add damage and service history notes to an item

Along with being able to toggle the status (active, inactive, or lost/broken) of an item from its Status tab, you can also record notes to track any damage the item has incurred and the service history of the item.


Add damage notes

  1. Go to Admin > Spaces & Equipment.

  1. Under the Locations tab, find the location containing the category you want to move and click on its link in the Equipment column.

  1. Click on the item's edit () icon in the Action column.

  1. Click on the Status tab.
  2. Use the Damage Notes rich text box to add your notes.
  3. Click the Save Settings button.

Add service history notes

  1. Go to Admin > Spaces & Equipment.
