Add service history notes to an equipment item

You can keep track of an item's service history using the Service History Notes. 

  1. Go to Admin > Equipment & Spaces.
  2. Under the Manage Locations tab, find the location containing the category you want to move and click on its link in the Equipment column.
  3. Click on the item's edit () icon in the Action column.
  4. Click on the Status tab.
  5. Use the Service History Notes rich text box to add your notes.
  6. Click the Save Settings button.
