Add service history notes to an equipment item
You can keep track of an item's service history using the Service History Notes.
- Go to Admin > Equipment & Spaces.
- Under the Manage Locations tab, find the location containing the category you want to move and click on its link in the Equipment column.
- Click on the item's edit () icon in the Action column.
- Click on the Status tab.
- Use the Service History Notes rich text box to add your notes.
- Click the Save Settings button.
