Email Settings: How to receive notifications of Microsoft or Google integration failures

Integration Sync Email Notifications

If you would like to receive an email notification when an error occurs with Google, Outlook, Exchange, or Microsoft Teams integrations, you can enter the email address(es) to receive them here. Notifications of sync errors and failures will be set out for:

  • Appointments users syncing their availability with Google Calendar or Outlook/Exchange.
  • Appointments users connected to Microsoft Teams.
  • Spaces being synced with a Google Calendar or Outlook/Exchange.
  • Event calendars being synced with Google Calendar.

The email notification is sent out hourly (it is not sent in real-time) any time there is a user, space, or calendar that is experiencing a syncing error or integration failure with Google Calendar, Outlook/Exchange, or Microsoft Teams.

Pro tip: Consider using a generic or shared email address so multiple people can monitor the sync errors.

  1. On the Email Settings tab, in the Integration Email Notifications panel, enter the email address(es) in the Errors/Failure Notification Emails​ field.
    • Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
  2. Click the Save button.
