LibCal statistics: General system statistics

Your General System Statistics provides you with a broad overview of how your LibCal system is being used during each calendar year from when you first started using LibCal.

To get started, go to Stats > General.

System summary

The first section of the page provides an overview of your event calendars and system-wide usage for the selected year.

Example of a System Statistics Summary table

  • # Calendars (Currently): the total number of calendars in your site -- broken down by visibility.
  • Total Events: the total number of events across all event calendars.
  • # Registrations: the total number of registrations for all events (with registration enabled) across all event calendars.
  • Actual Attendance: the total number of attendees for all events across all event calendars as determined by the recorded attendance totals.
  • Appointment Users: the total number of account holders that have the Appointments module enabled.
  • Total Room Groups: the total number of Room Booking groups.
    • Only applicable to sites still using the Room Bookings module.
  • Total Rooms: the total number of rooms across all groups.
    • Only applicable to sites still using the Room Bookings module.
  • # User Accounts (Currently): the total number of accounts in your site.

Homepage Hits

This section provides a quick summary of month-by-month hits for your homepage for the selected year.

Top 25 Events with the most registrations

This section provides an overview of the 25 most popular events for the selected year, based on total registrations. Detailed event statistics are available from Stats > Calendars & Events.

Appointments Accounts with the most bookings

This section provides an overview of the total appointment bookings by user for the selected year. Detailed Appointments statistics are available from Stats > Appointments.
