Accounts: Edit a user's LibStaffer profile info

From the Staff Current Status report, Admin users can view a profile page for each staff member. This page provides an overview of the user's time clock status, upcoming shifts, and time off. However, it can also display a brief profile for the user, including a profile picture and contact phone number.

Each user can customize their own profile details and Admin users can also edit this information for any user.


Customize your LibStaffer profile info

Although Admin users can edit anyone's profile, you can also change your own account's profile info at any time.

  1. Click on your email address in the LibStaffer navigation bar.
  2. On your account settings page, click on the Profile tab.
  3. To display a photo, use the Profile Picture setting to select an image from your computer (maximum size of 2 MB).
  4. To display a contact phone number for this user, enter it in the Business Phone field. 
  5. Click the Save button.

Edit another user's profile info

Admin users can adjust the profile information for any active account in LibStaffer.

  1. Go to Admin > Accounts.
  2. Find the user you want to edit and click their edit () icon in the Actions column.

  1. On the user's account settings page, click on the Profile tab.
  2. To display a photo for this user, use the Profile Picture setting to select an image from your computer (maximum size of 2 MB).
  3. To display a contact phone number for this user, enter it in the Business Phone field. 
  4. Click the Save button.
